The man suspected of robbing the Huntington Bank at 540 Madison Avenue on December 5 has been arrested. Covington Police, with the assistance of the Boone County Police, arrested Joseph Weir, 39, Sunday and placed him in the Kenton County Jail where he faces one count of first degree robbery and is being held on $50,000 bond. From the Covington Police:
