A record crowd showed up for the annual Botany Hills Chili Cook-Off. The three judges tasked with tasting each chili were Covington City Commissioners Steve Frank and Shawn Masters, and chef Chris Burns. (All the commissioners were there including Steve Casper and Sherry Carran.) Congratulations to the winners:
