FIREFIGHTERS SIGN AGREEMENT WITH CITY
The City in this case is Lexington. The firefighters union there accepted a 2-year wage freeze and other concessions to prevent 50 layoffs.

We've fallen behind in the Liberty Mutual Be Fire Smart competition between fire departments nationwide. Covington is in second place behind Wilmington, Massachusetts in the medium-department category. (Lexington leads the large-department). Go vote now!
