COV: NIELSEN TO MAKE QUIETEST EXIT EVER
Sure, it's the worst-kept secret in business, but it's worth noting that the Nielsen Company has yet to come out and say publicly that it plans to leave its government-subsidized office space in Covington for government-subsidized office space in Cincinnati. But a local economic-oriented organization that includes the Judges-Executive of Kenton, Campbell & Boone Counties is advertising the entire Madison Place building as being available. Even the building's owner, Corporex, hasn't done that. Also, if the building is vacant, can it really be described as "prestigious"? Click the link for the full-story:
Simple Math Implies No Hope for Retaining Nielsen, 600 Jobs
SEE ALSO: Nielsen is such a whiny, bad corporate citizen, that it is forcing Cincinnati City Council to pass emergency legislation to allow it to put its name on the the Chiquita Center. The worst part? Council is considering it. Read the entire request by Nielsen and the Cincinnati government here:
