A fourth event is now scheduled for next week to discuss, explain and debate the Center City Action Plan (CCAP), "the plan of plans" to revive Downtown Covington and the Central Business District.
The CCAP seeks to combine nineteen previous plans that were designed to save Downtown Covington by taking all the best ideas from them and combining them with new ideas that will hopefully work this time, or at least be implemented. Denver-based Progressive Urban Management Associates (PUMA) will oversee the new plan.
