RETREAT, DISCIPLINARY HEARING PART OF NEXT WEEK AT CITY HALL
A busy week for the Mayor & Commission:
  • Monday at 3:00PM: Disciplinary hearing for Steve Sweeney of the Covington Police Department. The hearing will focus on Sweeney's role in a traffic stop involving his brother. Sweeney is represented by Covington attorney Bob Sanders.
  • Tuesday at 4:30PM the Commissioner hold their special meeting followed by the public legislative meeting at 6:00PM.
  • On Wednesday, a groundbreaking ceremony at the 900 block of Banklick followed by a 10:00AM open house inside the Housing Options of Northern Kentucky on E 18th ST.
  • The Mayor & Commissioners hold their retreat/dinner on Wednesday evening at 6:30PM inside the Radisson Riverfront near Mainstrasse. The following morning at 8:30AM, the commission holds its special caucus meeting at the Radisson.

VISITATION DETAILS FOR MARY MIDDLETON
Visitation for Mary Middleton, the 83-year old wife of former Kenton County Judge-Executive Clyde Middleton & community activist who was killed this week by a sanitation truck, will be Monday at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, Crestview Hills from 3:00-7:00PM. Service is at 7:00PM with a reception to follow. Memorials to Clyde and Mary Middleton Fund of the Greater Cincinnati Foundation 200 West Fourth Street Cincinnati,Ohio 45202.
