The Ludlow-based Circus Mojo rocked the house during the Colossal Celebration of Urban Living sponsored by the Catalytic Development Fund. Friday's event featured two performances by the circus troupe as visitors learned about bold proposals for projects like the Brent Spence Bridge (what if it was built underneath Devou Park and the green space was stretched to Goebel Park?) from design students at the University of Kentucky and took a trip to the past courtesy of the Ludlow Historical Society.
