An arrest has been made in connection with the murder of a man in Downtown Covington. Timothy Mark Henson, 43, was arrested late last night and charged with stabbing to death Jonathan Lowe, 40, two weeks ago on Eighth Street near Madison Avenue. Henson is being held in the Kenton County Jail without bond and was scheduled to appear in court this morning.
