The only person facing charges in the death of a 1-year old boy from City Heights blames the child's death on a fall and pain medicine. Marquita Burch's attorney spoke to WXIX:
According to Derek Gustafson, Burch's attorney, the boy suffered and accidental injury after falling down a set of stairs. Burch gave the boy ibuprofen before putting him to bed, only to find him dead the following morning.More here.
