As promised during the most recent Covington School Board meeting, Covington Independent Public Schools has launched its new website complete with responses to frequently asked questions and the pie chart graphics explaining where funding comes from and how it is spent. (To check out budget items on the website, click on the School Board tab.)

As for the much discussed cost-per-pupil issue, the School Board has listed an item on its agenda for next week's meeting titled "Per Pupil Spending Rationale".
