COVINGTON'S MOST WANTED
From the Covington Police:
On May 8, 2011, Covington Police and Fire Department responded to a building fire at 132 East 11th Street in Covington. By investigating the propellants used to start the fire Covington Detectives determined that Bechir Ethiah had set fire to his own building. Mr. Ethiah is a foreign national who frequently travels back and forth between the U.S. and the African continent.
