COVINGTON MURDER VICTIM IDENTIFIED
The man stabbed to death on Eighth Street near Madison Avenue in Downtown Covington early Wednesday morning has been identified by Covington Police as 40-year old Jonathan Lowe. Police have not indicated that any suspects have been arrested, though the Cincinnati Enquirer reports that Lowe had a lengthy arrest record:
Lowe has been arrested 32 times in Boone, Kenton and Campbell counties over the last 22 years, according to court records. Lowe was last released from jail in March after serving 90 days after pleading guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia in Kenton County.Cincinnati Enquirer/Brenna Kelly
